About Us - History and Now
Billing Buddies was designed and created by the author of Mastering Medisoft, Bonnie J. Flom. The textbook published by Prentice Hall Publishing and used in colleges across the country. Prior to designing Billing Buddies, Bonnie J. Flom served on many healthcare billing committees including the Blue Shield EDI committe and Medicare Provider Education Committee. Her passion in life has been solving healthcare billing issues and helping others. After owning a successful billing agency for over a decade, the decision was made to sell the "full service" agency and begin anew by creating strategic partnerships with healthcare providers. The years of experience has paid off and providers are now enjoying a new breed of billing assistance.
